Many of us struggle in our lives unconsciously stuck with a perspective that helped us survive our past, but is no longer serving us in the present. I help my clients explore the underlying thoughts & beliefs that may be contributing to feeling stuck in their lives. By helping release from these unhealthy patterns I hope to guide clients to better and more fulfilling lives.
I work with clients 17+ and specialize in treating eating disorders, body image, anxiety and depression. Additionally, I have an extensive background working with individuals who are struggling with PTSD, relationship concerns, codependence, difficult life transitions, self-esteem, people pleasing, and perfectionism.
My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and confidential space that allows us to collaborate together to practice truth without judgement and to help you live the life you deserve.
