Self-Care through Creativity Event
EVENT ON SUNDAY MARCH 20th 1-5pm! Come let go of stress and fill up on inspiration! Engage in a unique art journaling experience in which you will be guided through 10 different creative stations. Each station will provide you with all the materials and instructions necessary to immerse yourself in an individual activity for self-care. As you rotate through each activity, you will explore mandala making, watercolors, words of affirmations, journaling, collage, textures, playing with paint sticks, and many more. Crafting Growth: Wellness Event
Crafting Growth: Wellness through Creativity & Journaling, is a 4 week virtual experience (Starting Tues Jan 9th - 30th and meets 12:00-1:30pm EST). This event combines creativity, art-making, and journal writing together to guide people through a journey of setting/clarifying intentions, gaining personal insight, and creating positive growth.
