We heal in community, not in isolation. Embodied Belonging is a somatic group for female identified and non-binary folks who are seeking ways to foster and deepen connection to themselves (in body, mind and spirit) and others. Each session incorporates somatic embodiment practices inspired by Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, yoga, mindfulness, and breath work. We will learn ways to regulate our nervous systems, befriend our bodies, and nourish our being. There will be movement, education, journaling, sharing, question and answer, and connecting. We meet every Wednesday for 8 weeks VIRTUALLY from 5:30-7pm May 10-June 28, 2023
