Many of the clients I see have a history of trauma and struggle with anxiety, fluctuating moods, issues related to self-esteem, challenging behaviors and complications in relationships.
I offer individual and family therapy. I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings including outpatient, schools & residential. My counseling experience has included a focus on emotional issues, trauma, attachment, and grief and loss. I like to work collaboratively with family members, and other supportive adults to provide the best service possible.
