I work with children ages 3 up through adult and specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, relationship issues, women's issues, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence . I provide individual and family therapy using an eclectic approach incorporating CBT and Solution-Focused techniques, as well as Family Systems theory to help achieve your goals.
We will work together to help you develop insight into your thoughts and actions, so you can achieve a more balanced and fair interpretation of yourself and remedy your life challenges.
