I am a trauma informed sex therapist. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the sensitive issues related to erotic recovery and sex. Many of my clients struggle with shame and guilt. You may experience a range of issues related to your sexuality, such as: sexual addiction or compulsive behavior, trauma related to sexual abuse or assault, anxiety or depression related to your sexual experiences, relationship issues related to sexuality or intimacy, shame or guilt related to your sexual desires or fantasies or relationships.
My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors related to their sexuality. I offer sex therapy, Mindfulness-based techniques to help you become more aware of your emotions and thoughts, trauma therapy (including EMDR) to address past traumatic experiences related to sexuality.
I can teach you coping skills and work with you to help you connect more fully with yourself and others and reclaim your ability to show up more fully in your life. Many of the exercises are experiential and you can apply them solo or with a partner.
