As someone who has experienced debilitating mental illness and life-shattering family issues, I empathize with the need to seek therapeutic services. With my training, expertise, and lived experience, I hope to assist every client with their personal and relational needs!

As a well-trained, systems-based and experiential therapist I have a passion for understanding and supporting neurodivergent individuals (ADHD/ASD), high conflict couples, marital/premarital couples, teens and their families, and peripartum women. I also enjoy helping individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, mania, and SI.

Through a client-centered approach grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, I strive to empower individuals and families to overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and embrace their unique strengths. In my work with new clients, I typically like to meet every week for about four weeks, go to every other week, and then continue to decrease sessions as therapeutic goals are achieved.
