Every day you go through life with a smile on your face hoping that you can simply keep it together. In passing, people ask how you are doing, and you give the standard answer: “I’m fine. Thank you”, but deep down you wonder if anyone will ever see past the smile, and past that standard answer. You think to yourself, “Will anyone ever see the pain that I am carrying? Does anyone see Me? Does anyone even care!?”

I primarily use Emotion Focused Therapy (E.F.T.) to work with individuals, and couples. I also incorporate a variety of other therapies and techniques (including EMDR) to reach the goals of my clients. My main objective is to provide an environment conducive for healing and growth, and I would love to walk with you on your path to healing.
