The foundation of my approach is client-centered: you, your goals, and your values are the primary focus. I practice evidence-based interventions- particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy, unconditional positive regard, and mindfulness. I am EMDR trained. I carry dual licensure to address either mental health, substance use, or both issues with clients.
Your needs may vary from week to week, which is why therapy can be a space to talk, learn coping skills, and everything in between.
