Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience. I specializes in trauma treatment. Trauma disrupts so much in our daily lives and can lead to feelings of shame, guilt and anxiety. It negatively impacts our daily lives, relationships and views of the world. However, healing from trauma is possible. I am a results-driven mental health professional that strives for effective and efficient treatment. I am passionate about the work that I do and enjoy helping people to learn to thrive and improve overall wellness.
I am trained in evidence-based therapy, including: TF-CBT, SS, and EMDR. I also have been trained in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy to treat couples. Along with my trainings, my years of experience working with people have helped me to learn and grow from them to provide the best treatment possible and to focus on building a growth mindset with others.
I offer sessions on Saturdays for those that cannot make time during their busy week. I enjoy connecting with others and helping people to find a way to build their "recipe" for success, with a focus on the pillars of wellbeing, while also working on things like anxiety, depression, and isolation. I am looking forward to meeting you in our first session!
