I have over 21 years of experience providing therapy and consultation with adolescents, adults and families in outpatient settings, residential placements, homes, and schools. Because no two individuals are alike, I integrate several approaches into my practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Humanistic strategies.
