My areas of expertise include working with individuals who struggle with intimacy, communication, forming satisfying relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, supporting you in gaining insight into the patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are no longer serving you.
