I provide individual & group therapy to teens, adults & seniors, & have extensive experience working with issues related to depression,
anxiety, life transitions, school, parenting and caregiver stress, midlife, & creative aging. According to Carl Jung, individuation is the process of self realization through the discovery of finding meaning & purpose in one’s life. I provide a safe space for exploration & honoring of all aspects of the self- the good, the challenging, that which may be
difficult to look at & everything else in-between. I use such methods as verbal/non-verbal techniques, art therapy & dreamwork as an entry way to viewing the unconscious & symbolic content & how such presents itself in conscious life. I am open to the needs of each individual client & invite you to lead me as your guide on your path of growth & evolvement.
