But I want to offer the idea that maybe you were never meant to be alone in that process.

My hope is that we can discover what it would look like for you to live more powerfully, connected to yourself and others. Having worked with diverse cultural narratives and trauma experiences and as a Korean-American woman, I believe I can offer unique insight and language into those complex experiences.

Therapy provides a sacred space that lifts the burden of having to do things on your own and invites you (and your partner) into the experience of being uniquely seen and accepted.
