We can become overwhelmed with being a caregiver to children or a loved one with an illness. It’s important to learn how to cope with life’s variety of stressors.
Treatment is about healing, gaining insight, and bettering your life. I have worked with children, families, and adults through the years. Working with diverse areas has provided me with skills and insight to help a variety of needs. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate, and supportive relationship with my patients.
