In these trying times we live in many of us find it difficult to make it through the day engaging in happiness. Trauma, depression, addiction, childhood issues, all of these can cloud the true us, I can help you sort through all the debris and find the light again.
I focus on using what works best for each client, be that EMDR, talk or group therapy, bibliotherapy, or education. I specialize in treating trauma, regardless of where it came from. I also focus on those who are working through a change in their spirituality. Of particular interest is also working with those who are in the LGBTQ+ community.
