My goal is to create a welcoming, accepting, and non-critical environment where you can comfortably discuss any concerns. With my extensive experience, I can assist you in effectively managing stress and anxiety. I can help you gain more control over challenging emotions by identifying and adjusting unhelpful thought patterns.
