Hello, I'm Nicole Grocki, founder and owner of the private practice, Maternal Wellness Services. I provide therapy for women who are prenatal, postpartum and beyond. Many clients have experienced challenges during their reproductive journey, feel anxious, depressed, overwhelmed and some have experienced pregnancy loss and/or birth trauma. I have a deep compassion for women during this challenging time of life. I also see women dealing with identity changes, work stress, and relationship challenges. I approach clients with warmth and safety as they begin to unpack their story.

Often expectant and new moms feel anxious, depressed, and overwhelmed.I help create a sense of compassion for clients to process their experiences and feelings. My continuing education includes a Maternal Mental Health Certificate, training in Perinatal Mood Disorders from Postpartum International, and being a Certified Bringing Baby Home Educator.
