I have Master's degrees in Counseling and Religious Studies so I can incorporate spiritual guidance into counseling if you would like(optional). I have training in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) and worked previously as a hospital chaplain which was an incredible experience.
I will help you look at yourself deeply and honestly, develop skills and new perspectives to help you change any unhelpful thought patterns, reduce anxiety, and develop new behaviors to help you live a better life. I utilize a variety of techniques in order to help my clients return to the truest form of themselves - happy, accepting, loving, and free.
