Have you come to a place in your life where things have become unmanageable or things just aren't working out? Are you having difficulty managing your emotions and want to figure out why? I work with people that have both mild to moderate symptoms as well as those that are having more significant struggles. I also work with family members of those who have significant struggles. If you are struggling with your gender/ sexual identity this is a safe space.
I am trained in DBT, CBT, and TEAM-CBT models of treatment. I tend to take a skill building approach, so those I work with can understand their problems better and make fundamental changes in their lives. I am trained to work with and diagnose those with OCD and use ERP treatment. I also have a long history of working with the SMI population and families.
