When you are "stuck" in your feelings, experiencing hopelessness, helplessness, sadness, or feeling overwhelmed, talking with others opens new opportunities and allows for a different perspective. I am here because I am passionate about this process. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere to do this work. I hope to work, think, and feel with you as we explore these challenges together.
My approach is curious, empathetic, and direct. My goal is to help clients delve deeper into themselves, their relationships, and/or their families and gain new understandings of their history, identify patterns, resolve inner conflicts, and help to shine light on to their authentic self.
