I have extensive experience working with anxiety and spent a great deal of time working with adolescents and their families. The types of therapy include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused, strength-based, and integrative or holistic therapy. I also have incorporated a trauma informed approach which has helped clients at their own pace.
