With a Humanistic foundation and a person-centered approach, I meet you where you are and tailor techniques to your unique challenges. I view treating mental illness and fostering mental health as distinct skills, encouraging clients to invest as much effort in addressing negative and dissociative emotions as they do in cultivating positive ones.
