I note that the quality of our relationships impacts how we feel seen, heard, grounded, and safe in this world. I primarily work with clients who have been impacted by affairs/infidelity to understand their emotional world, their sense of safety, and how to trust, again. I help clients understand what path led them here with unconditional compassion, how they can return to a sense of safety, how they can heal any betrayal trauma and move forward from such a taboo impasse.
I specialize in helping those impacted by betrayal trauma including infidelity/affairs have a safe space to openly share their emotional world with unconditional compassion and non-judgment. I hold space for the grief clients experience from the life they knew to the doubt they are experiencing to provide support while in a journey of uncertainty.
With any client, I focus on meeting them where they are. I hold space for reflection, compassion, and warmth to connect and note what is arising in their process and how I can assist them in their time of need. I look forward to hearing from you a consultation to see if we're a right fit.
