I invite you to meet with me to find out if I am the right fit for you. My approach incorporates a variety of psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Emotion-Focused therapy. I work with older teens, adults, and elder adults. We typically develop treatment strategies together.

I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, relationship issues, and coping with chronic health problems. I specialize in treating trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). The core of my work is removing emotional barriers and helping people experience the growth they want.

I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients from all walks of life. I see therapy as a collaborative process. I would like to help you find out where you're stuck and help you reorient to what is most important to you.
