This weekly therapy group helps participants to identify areas of needed growth, gain an increased awareness of how they are seen by others, and develop expanded communication abilities. We focus on inter-group contact concerning issues, reactions or feelings between group members and we aid in articulating experiences in the moment. We provide a safe environment to help participants reveal, support and experience the authentic self.
