Trauma can impact how we show up at work, in friendships and in our families. I specialize in treating trauma that people have experienced like childhood abuse, sexual assault, and family neglect. Negative beliefs can lead to self sabotage or unhappiness. I use evidence based treatments to help people overcome recurring thoughts, memories, and nightmares.
My specialities are evidence-based trauma treatments of EMDR, ART, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. Gottman and Emotionally Focused Attachment based couples therapy, and certification in an evidence based positive parenting curriculum. I welcome all spiritual influences, affirm all gender identifications, cultural backgrounds and beliefs.
