I’m an experienced therapist working at Kahl Counseling in PA, providing online psychotherapy for a variety of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem and grief, as well as areas of specialty such as PTSD, autism, hoarding & LGBTQ issues. I’m trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and am a certified BSL (behavior specialist.) I’m experienced in working with clients with PTSD/trauma, autism, and BPD (borderline personality disorder) as well as general mental health issues. I accept most insurances and offer afternoon, evening and weekend hours at Kahl Counseling for your convenience.
