My ideal client is someone who's interested in addressing and working on whatever their struggling with directly and openly. Perhaps you are no longer enjoying things you used to, or experiencing nervousness or tension in your work. Maybe you're worried all the time or you only have negative thoughts. My ideal client could be anyone, younger or older and ideally in California as I can only work in this state.
I work a lot with anxiety, depression, attentional difficulties & life transitions that people go through. I use a range of different techniques that are shown to be effective for those issues so we can explore options in treatment!
I'm a pretty easy going and talkative person in life, and I try to keep myself genuine both outside and in the therapy room. I would like to help anyone that is willing to take that first step to come, it can be so difficult reaching out and sometimes it's the last straw, but with that in mind I will do my best to support whoever comes to see me.
