Anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as understanding and communicating feelings are my areas of specialty. Parenting workshops offer ways to strengthen family relationships. In addition, I offer individual psychotherapy for adults with a focus on a deeper understanding of challenging emotions in our lives. My approach is eclectic and I take the time to tune in to the sensitivities as well as to the strengths unique to every client.
