How you feel, and many of your thoughts are a result of the state of your nervous system in your brain and body. Your nervous system changes the way it is organized based on your experience. Unfortunately, going through difficult experiences in life can wire your nervous system in a way in which you experience hurts like anxiety, depression, anger issues, chronic stress, which can lead to relationship issues, substance abuse, difficulty with a job or school, and more. My goal is to help you change your nervous system to a state where you feel less hurt, greater peace and ease, and thrive in your life :)
I usually start by educating my clients on the neurobiological sources of their hurts and unwanted behaviors. Mental health issues are just as real and rooted in physiological processes as asthma and diabetes. Next, I help clients heal their nervous systems using supportive pschotherapy combined with biofeedback, neurofeedback and other "biohacks."
My own personal experience with healing has helped me develop a passion for leading others out of hurt and back to joy, hope, creativity, happiness, and healthy relationships. The first step is to call or email me and my goal is to get back with you within 24 hours :)
