My ideal clients include families, couples, children and adolescents having difficulty understanding each other and feeling overwhelmed with the increasing demands of work, home and school. By working with families I can address underlying issues of conflict, stress, anxiety, fear, depression, etc. I address the many difficulties or obstacles preventing them to function effectively in daily life and appreciate each other.

I am culturally diverse having lived and worked in multiple countries. I have travelled extensively and admire diversity. I have experience working in a mental health clinic with a wide variety of disorders.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including and not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Creative Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand therapy, etc.
