If you are a queer person living in the aftermath of trauma, this is for you. If you are tired of being triggered and you're ready to learn practical coping strategies from a trained professional and: understand your trauma symptoms and your queer identity, untangle the emotional roller coaster you've been on, feel safer in your mind and body, practice boundaries with those that you love, our Queer Trauma and Coping Support Group can help. The group meets virtually for 75-minutes each week for 10 weeks and accommodates English-speaking members from all 50 states and Canada.
