I enjoy working with people who want to find joy and meaning in their life. I find it fulfilling to work with clients who want to bring into balance their emotional, relational, spiritual, cognitive, and physical dimensions. I have helped people who have experienced grief, addictions, trauma, religious and spiritual abuse, relationships, low-self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I work with a variety of diverse clients, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, religious/spiritual communities, racial and ethnic backgrounds. I work with people who want to change addiction patterns, and trauma.
My philosophy is "The science of wellness; The art of therapy." I use evidence-based skills to help clients achieve their goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy to provide an individualized counseling experience.
