This form of anxiety creates an experience where you may look fine externally, but internally, there's a constant pressure to do more (at the expense of home life, relationships, your well-being). I help adults in CA & VA break the cycle of anxious thoughts, feel more content, & foster healthy relationships.
Using a compassionate yet pragmatic CBT approach to mental health counseling that's been developed over my past 19 years in the field, I help clients get to the root of where high functioning anxiety traits are coming from. In managing anxiety, my goal is to provide you realistic (CBT, Solution Focused) strategies to apply to YOUR life. Find your peace.
