As an eating disorder specialist, I am passionate about helping teens and adults to find freedom from an eating disorder and body hatred. I specialize in helping individuals to recover from anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. I tailor treatment to each client, however I enjoy using CBT, DBT and mindfulness.
