I offer EMDR & trauma healing to adults. Many clients jump into therapy without a compass of goals and a future plan. I am passionate about providing that first step, even if that means initial consultation and referrals for other resources/therapists. I use a non-invasive method called EMDR to install new positive beliefs, a sense of calm & inner strength.
My holistic approach includes integrative mental health to support all aspects of healing both your physical & psychological wellness. After our 1st session,you will feel clearer, heard & energized. With compassion, I offer resources necessary to heal you as a whole person, honoring all the systems of mind/body. I often work with adults with chronic illness.
