I specialize in healing relationships: with yourself and your body, with other people, and with your spirituality. Complex PTSD, childhood trauma, and abusive relationships can leave a long shadow and a lasting sense of disconnection. I have been in the field for over 25 years specializing in the intersection of Relationship Trauma (childhood trauma/ complex PTSD), Eating Disorders, and Body Image issues. The path of healing is powerful to witness: life-changing and transformative. I offer individual counseling and women's circles designed to liberate, empower, and connect.
All of this starts small, so don't be intimidated. Stepping into a new way begins with tiny (but huge) brave moments of sharing yourself authentically: with yourself, with me, and with your own spirit.
