I have experience treating adults, couples, teens, and children, with a broad range of mental health and relationship struggles. I also work with individuals experiencing faith shifts/transitions and an affirming ally for LGBTQ+ individuals. I am trained in CBT, ACT, Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, SFT, MBB, and Gottman method couples treatment.
I believe the therapeutic relationship plays an important role in treatment outcomes. I offer a gentle, compassionate, and understanding treatment approach to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice, and also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Social Work with Utah State University.
