Thank you for visiting my page! It takes a lot of courage to ask for help, and you've taken the first step! I believe that virtually everyone can benefit from treatment. I treat a wide range of presenting problems, and I have significant experience working with adolescents and young adults with mood and anxiety disorders. I recognize that each client has differing needs and expectations from therapy, and I work to personalize treatment to each presenting issue. Typical clients tend to be high-functioning and motivated for treatment, and they seek help to enact tools that could benefit them in alleviating their distress.

I use strategies from evidence-based treatments and tailor them to your needs. I am primarily CBT-oriented but pull from a number of different strategies that may benefit you. Since I am only with you for about an hour each week, I may ask you to complete weekly assignments to maximize therapy effectiveness.

Treatment will be most effective with a solid and trusting therapeutic foundation. I provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for you to discuss any difficulties you are experiencing as we work toward managing your life stress. I look forward to hearing from you!
