I work with clients who want to feel better about their bodies or improve their relationship with food. I specialize in emotional eating, binge eating, yo-yo dieting, eating disorders, and weight concerns. I also work with many clients with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and relationship struggles.

I use research based approaches while personalizing therapy to best fit the unique needs of each person that I work with. I focus on building a strong and trusting relationship. I am a warm, empathetic, flexible, and honest therapist.

Therapy will be focused on helping you reach your goals to live life at your best! In the first session, we will talk about what you are working towards. Then, our sessions will be tailored to meeting your individual needs and goals.
