My treatment focus includes working with relationship issues, narcissistic emotional abuse, life transitions, self esteem, grief and loss, and body image. I use a client centered approach, with IFS and DBT. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy.

Narcissistic Emotional Abuse/ Toxic Relationships
Next monthly workshops June 25th on Radical Acceptance and July 10th (Wednesday)on Combating Shame abd Guilt. These special workshops are for those who have suffered or have a loved one who has suffered from narcissistic emotional abuse or have been in any toxic relationships. This is a open group to help educate and support those in need. Topics will include gaslighting, recovering from emotionally abusive relationships, and learning how to move forward safely.
