As a licensed therapist I have several years experience partnering with adults struggling with relationships, addictions and anxiety/depression. I offer a safe space for all people and am dedicated to serving the LGBTQ+ population.
My therapist style is warm, open and judgement free. My counseling will focus on relationship issues, while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) modalities, incorporating daily mindfulness practices for every lifestyle. I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to help clients heal from past trauma.
