I take a somewhat novel approach to therapy, and I work best with individuals experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety due to anxiety disorders, life transitions, trauma and relationship issues. I work to help people in high stress careers overcome anxiety, lead a more productive life, and make room for the important relationships that provide a sense of meaning. I enjoy working with people who are motivated to change, but feel stuck and do not know exactly where to start.

When working with anxiety, I approach my client's issues on several levels. I strive to help you identify the source of your struggles, while at the same time providing coping skills and resources to help you through the most difficult times.
