I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working to empower individuals and strengthen families. I provide adult, couples, child, adolescent and family psychotherapy. I provide treatment for individuals struggling with a mental health disorder that creates difficulties in attaining their life goals, couples in identifying solutions to their relationship issues, provide children/adolescents skills to cope with peer, family and other environmental pressures to aid in normal development and empower parents having difficulties with effective discipline.
My approach to treatment uses the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model. I begin treatment by developing treatment goals based on my client's individual needs. I use a strength based approach and provide trauma informed care. I specialize in trauma treatment, anxiety, depression, mood disorders and behavioral issues.
