It's hard to stay positive when the triggering constantly leads to predictable behavior that leads to predictable, hurtful results.
My general practice includes counseling where finances are a significant trigger for self criticism or conflict in a relationship; also in families where either silence/withdrawal on the one hand or conflict on the other eat away at the fiber of the household or family business.
