My approach is shaped by my ministry work, experience in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, along with the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Mindfulness Meditation, Brainspotting, and Imago Relationship Therapy.

This is an 8-week virtual program. This journey will support you through the steps of forgiveness, which will lead to activating your healing. This transformational journey will challenge you to think differently and help you release your mindset and your perceived way of handling your life experiences.
