Every child has an innate ability to heal and master many of the difficulties they encounter, but at times they need special help to aid them through it.

I'm a licensed professional counselor who specializes in working with children and adolescents experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, self esteem, and emotional regulation. Together we can work towards helping your child move through his/her challenges while learning useful strategies and coping skills.

I work collaborative with parents to tailor the treatment to the needs of the individual child. I utilize play therapy, creative arts, person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma informed care in my practice.
