I help individuals struggling with anxiety I feel overwhelmed and can't stay present or focused on the things that's most important to them. I also help individuals to break free from their trauma responses which impact their ability to receive and experience love. Ryan is currently practicing under the supervision of Doug Chapman, LMHC (LH0006800)
I was so afraid to start my own counseling journey. I delayed for so long. So, I get it. It's a personal decision on when to start. I honor that.
