If you are seeking relief from anxiety, depression or understanding life transitions I can provide you with new strategies, healing techniques and to find hope for the future. I help clients find relief and healing from the effects of trauma. I help clients declutter thinking to find new patterns of thinking and changed behaviors. Women experience unique transitions over the life span. I love helping women explore the possibilities ahead while navigating the effects of change. We can work together to decrease anxiety, depression and the heal from the effects past experiences.

Our practice is experiential in nature. You may be encouraged to process experiences through the use of art materials, writing/journaling, and other modalities as well as traditional verbal psychotherapy. Coaching clients may use art materials as a means to growth and change.
